The will always be unpicked, unpurchased, uneaten, food. It is a natural part of the process. The waste is in that food going into plastic trash bags and buried in a landfill instead of being composted and returned to the soil.<br /><br />When ever I lay out the Converging Causes of Catastrophic Collapse (CCCC) people sit quiet for a moment then ask, "well what should we do"? I answer LESS! However this seems like the most difficult thing we can possibly ask of our population.
